About Resources for Learning Resources for Learning ( RFL ) is a Texas-based organization which specializes in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards-based educational reforms. RFL works with state and regional education agencies; universities, districts, and campuses; and other entities engaged in the education of young people. The president, Linda Wurzbach, has over 25 years of experience in education. Ms. Wurzbach has worked for the Austin Independent School District, the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, The Psychological Corporation ( now Harcourt Measurement ), the Texas Education Agency, and the Interstate New Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium ( INTASC ) of the Council of Chief State School Officers ( CCSSO ). Resources for Learning ( RFL ) is a HUB/woman-owned business begun by company president Linda Wurzbach in March 1998. Originally a sole proprietorship, RFL incorporated to become Resources for Learning, LLC on September 1, 2003, and was certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council ( WBENC ) in October 2007.
