Energy Fishing and Rental Services, Inc was established and incorporated on January 6, 2005. The company officers alone have a combined total of over 78 years experience in the oilfield, with 66 years of direct experience in Fishing and Downhole Intervention. Energy Fishing & Rental Services currently employs 104 full time personnel, including 49 highly experienced and versatile fishing tool supervisors with the expertise and knowledge of downhole intervention which are second to none in the industry. Mr. Gary Wood, former President and one of the company's originating partners now semi-retired, continues to serve the Company as a key component and advisor to our Sales sector, lending his many years of Fishing and Downhole Intervention experience and knowledge to the sustained growth and success of the Company. In addition to our full time Fishing Tools Supervisors, Energy Fishing & Rental Services retains by written agreement, several contract Fishing Tool Supervisors with countless years of Fishing and Intervention experience in Cased and Open Hole scenarios which contributes to the company's ability to meet any job requirements that may arise. Energy Fishing & Rental Services, Inc is an active member of the ISNetworld and PEC Premier Safety Management Systems. In addition, we are a participating client/contractor with DISA, Inc with policy membership within the EPCC ( Exploration & Production Contractors Consortium ) Program to help manage our employee screening and compliance requirements. Our primary goals are to provide exceptional services and quality equipment, with an emphasis on maintaining a safety oriented work environment. This, along with decades of the combined knowledge and practical downhole experience of our fishing tool supervisors and operations support staff, help reduce downtime and cost to our customers. Energy Fishing & Rental Services first District Facility began operation in Alice, Texas on February 1, 2005, however, with the market demand rapidly increasing, and the need for additional quality fishing and intervention service locations in East Texas, North Texas, and along the Texas / Louisiana Gulf Coast Region, additional stores have been opened in order to meet the service requirements of an ever changing and expanding exploration and production industry.
