My goals as a therapist include helping my clients uncover their true potential and cope with the issue(s) that bring them to treatment. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I can help you cope with a variety of issues that impact your life. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), family issues, and self-esteem, to name a few. As a Medicare provider, I work with older adults and and issues related to aging.
