Beginning in 2015 I started a discount program for real estate services after being an affiliate with a much larger discount company and decided to offer my own without all the extra fees/services. The discount program is specifically for: Firefighters, Police Officers, Teachers, Medical Workers, Military, and more! When you purchase and/or sell your home I give you 25% of my gross commission back at closing. This also includes new construction as well.

We offer discounts to HEROES whether they are buying or selling their home! Who qualifies as a HERO? Police/Officers Teacher Firefighter(including volunteer) Medical Workers(nurses, EMT, etc.) Military(retired or active) and more!
