Prior to becoming a professional home inspector Pat was in Facilities Management. Managing for companies their buildings and infrastructure. This included managing construction, repair and operations for the building exterior, interior, landscaping, lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, waste disposal, energy saving initiatives and subcontractors. This included the use of new technology in energy savings for one site that reduced waste removal by over 50%.

This is accomplished by allowing me to use my 30 years of engineering experience to help in that home inspection process.
