Tina Michelle, founder of Pole Fitness Divas and Diva Fit & Diva Fabulous, is the perfect voice for the highly transformative power of pole dancing. In pursuit of a change to her workout routine, Tina discovered pole dancing for fitness and was hooked from that point on. Pleased by the benefits of her experience from improved core and upper body strength to the development of a new inner strength and confidence. While having a successful career in the corporate arena, Tina decided to incorporate her passion for dance and fitness into her everyday life by starting Pole Fitness Divas. Tina started teaching and promoting pole fitness as a desire to help women from all walks of life, achieve their best both physically and mentally. She is a natural when it comes to creating positive energy to allow women to express themselves openly. Tina believes that through dance and pole fitness, women are able to feel confident, empowered and sensual.
