Coming to the U.S. 20 years ago, Oanh Pham - Pho 18 chief of the family-owned restaurant- was inspired to bring out the most authentic Pho from Vietnam. She insisted on making Pho from 100% beef bone broth and cooking to order to ensure the maximum freshness and deliciousness. With Oanh's passion and extensive cooking experience, together with the family members, the Pham family promised to deliver enjoyable and satisfying meals to every customer.
