A metropolitan approach to training (like Steps NYC) means 1) no obligatory year-end recital (one elects to participate) 2) training is valued over competition (competition is an option for students who excel), 3) students may drop in from other schools and universities to ongoing classes and master classes, and 4) the faculty of 22 is comprised of top professionals.
