We pride ourselves in providing effective symptom management, functional rehabilitation, and improved quality of life for patients. We advocate for individuals who suffer from chronic, debilitating migraine pain, back pain, complex regional pain, fibromyalgia, myofascial pain, trigeminal neuralgia, neuropathic pain and pain associated with multiple sclerosis or stroke. Treatments include a variety of medications, with each patient treated based on unique needs. Some patients also find relief from infusion therapies, Botox injections, nerve blocks, among other modalities. In addition, our center has expertise in implantable spinal and peripheral stimulators to manage chronic pain, as well as implantable drug delivery devices such as the intrathecal pain pumps to manage both pain and spasticity. We have dedicated our lives to helping others regain theirs. We look forward to meeting you.
