The idea for the Northgate Juice Joints came from Lisa Bradway the owner she was a lecture at Texas A&M University Mays business school moved over to help her husband with his physical therapy business when the medical system change so drastically and during that process working with insurance companies working with the government witnessing how patients were being treated ( particularly the elderly) she realized Full needed to start taking responsibility for their health and one way of doing that was organic juices so people could get the maximum vitamins and minerals and live enzymes and she wanted to serve real food made from real ingredients without preservatives and additives in chemicals. Does the Northgate Juice Joints was born it's a certified green restaurant with three stars only one of nine in Texas only one of three with three stars the urban garden is made with 95% repurposed items and houses a wide variety ofherbs and vegetables that are used in the juices and foods.
