Prepping the mini blue crab crab cakes for appetizers - best crab cake we ever had!

Argentinian style filet (we liked our more rare ;) with a fantastic chimichurri sauce with charred / roasted veggies for the main dish

He brings all the ingredients and we had zero prepping to do! We set our own table and made it festive and he did the rest!
