HistoryTechPros started as an idea between two Network Engineering students who thought we could deliver better and more personal I.T. Services to everyone. One of those two was Zach Crockett who wanted to make that idea into reality. Over time, that philosophy of making I.T. more personal for those who need it has formed the basis of TechPros and drives the services provided. Make technology easier to understand and most of all, usable to those who aren't fully immersed in it every day of their lives, but just want it to work for what their needs are. This includes individuals, small and medium businesses who have the need for IT services, but not a full-time person on staff.SpecialtiesTechPros is dedicated to personalized I.T. services in this ever evolving technological world. What that means is I want to make sure that you understand to the best of my ability what it is that we're doing. There will be jargon, but it will come with a plain English explanation. No buzzwords used just for the sake of obfuscating the issue when a straight-forward description of the problem will suffice.
