HistoryQuik Pawn was born in January 1999. After many years in the pawn industry for others, John Bogar opened his own store with his father, Fred. The business grew steadily, and in 2005, we expanded into our current building and opened an independent furniture store in the pawn shop's previous space. Quality Furniture has been a hallmark in Texas City ever since. On February 28, 2011, we expanded again. We opened our second location at 1230 Center Street in Deer Park.
