Disintegrating box. Everything was wet, slimy and filled with mold.

Water and mold breaking down cardboard - the smell was terrible.

Everything was so severely covered in mold, it went from the truck to the trash.

Mold on the mattress. Wet to the touch when the truck arrived.

No paper when packing. With wet boxes, made unloading heavy boxes dangerous.

Broke the marble top to our coffee table.
