Dr. Shoukfeh is an Interventional Cardiologist and maintains his office practice at Texas Cardiac Center and performs Interventional Cardiology at Lubbock Heart Hospital. Our medical staff is committed to the most current cardiac care for our patients. Texas Cardiac Center physicians are involved in research protocols that have and will continue to bring about new and groundbreaking treatment and therapies. While being mindful of the financial impact of medical care for our patients, we strive to provide the most comprehensive yet cost-effective care and treatment possible. We utilize the most up-to-date equipment and testing, ensuring the best possible care available to each patient while reassuring family and friends of the quality of care received. Dr. Shoukfeh obtained his medical degree from Damascus University Medical School in Damascus, Syria. He completed a medical internship at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. He then completed his internal medicine residency at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Illinois followed by a medical residency at Huron Road Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Shoukfeh completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. He is certified by the American Board of Cardiology, by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization.
