Midland College (MC) began operations as an independent junior college in 1972 and held its first classes on campus in 1975. With a campus stretching to a 704,752 square feet area on 224 acres land, the institution comprises eight other campus extensions, including an 85,000 square-foot Advanced Technology Center. It also possesses the F. Marie Hall Academic Building, a two-story, 79,072-square-foot facility providing 36 classrooms, a 102-seat lecture hall, offices, as well as a student snack bar and open-air patio.
