I'm a native Houstonian. I have worked and lived in the area and I have been involved in real-estate since 2009. I spent the first 30 years working with technology (Software, networks and servers) on the financial side of the field. The last 9 years were with a national mechanical contractor. This position involved me in a lot of technical and contract issues, plus lots of negotiating with tech service providers.
