Founded in 1988, North Ridge Elementary School offers a variety of educational and enrichment programs for students in grades kindergarten through five. It teaches various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, health education, language arts, computer science, music, arts and crafts, and physical education. The school also offers various sports programs and extracurricular activities for students, including drug abuse resistance education, Battle of the Books, filed trips, jump rope club, spelling bee, and environment team. Its fully equipped library and media center has a large collection of books on various topics. The school also has parent-teacher association. Located in North Richland Hills, Texas, the school operates under the guidelines set by the Birdville Independent School District, and enrolls more than 550 students.
