Dr. Marshall Reddick began his career in 1970 as a Business Professor at California State University, Los Angeles. After 5 years of teaching and living paycheck to paycheck, he began looking for a better way to build income. In 1975, he purchased his first investment property--a condo on the water in Lake Arrowhead, CA. After 3 years of rental income, appreciation, and tax benefits, he realized he found the answer to creating wealth. From this experience, Marshall Reddick Real Estate was born with the vision of simplifying residential real estate. Dr. Reddick wanted to make financial independence accessible to everyone by providing the necessary education and the entire team of realtors, lenders, contractors, and property managers all in one place. Many things have changed since Dr. Reddick founded Marshall Reddick Real Estate back in 1979. However, his real estate principles and legacy live on and are stronger today than ever before.

Realtors for Buying or Selling Residential Real Estate: We have Realtors in 16 markets across the United States to help you purchase or sell your home, investment property, or vacation home. Education, Events, and Mentoring: Attend our online or in-person events ranging from educational classes, investment opportunities, and social gatherings. For hands on assistance, our Real Estate Advisors offer complimentary real estate consultations. Private Financing: We offer non-owner occupied private money financing at very competitive rates. We have short term loans of 12 months for fix and flip, or long term loans of 15 and 30 years for buy and hold investors. All of our financing options are fixed-interest rate loans. Mortgage and Trust Deed Investing: Earn high returns on your investment dollars by becoming the lender and owning mortgages and trust deeds. All of our loans are secured by real estate and originated and unwritten delicately in-house.
