Maple Terrace is the premiere historical apartment building in Uptown, Dallas. Built in 1927 by famed English architect, Sir Alfred Bossom, its distinctive silhouette has become a Dallas Icon due to design, history and location. Maple's unique architectural design ensures high-ceilings, light-filled units and crossbreezes not found in contemporary apartment buildings. Maple's residents have included Judy Garland, Dean Martin, Elvis Presley, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Liza Minelli and Todd Oldham. The artist community remains strong at Maple to this day. Maple's location is perfect. Set in the heart of Uptown, it is within the walking distance to Dallas's best shops, restaurants and parks
