I am at my Macy's looking for my nephew some school clothes.. The employees are pretty helpful in helping myself choose for a picky young man but I am pretty picky myself in clothes & shoes.....

My experience with Ivana in the shoe section of this department store was awful. Firstly when I was about to purchase my shoes, my husband said "use my Macy's card money to put towards your shoes"...
