There was loud music bumping all night. The hotel is old and outdated. We have a jacuzzi suite and the ceiling is falling apart (yes, falling apart). The tub has a huge crack out of the corner....

When the we arrived the room was not completely clean, the trash can was full, toilet paper in was almost empty there was no shampoo in the bathroom and the hotel did not have breakfast
