This membership gives you access to the gym floor for freelance workouts, unlimited access to our group exercise classes, discounted rates on personal training & childcare at no additional fee. We also offer a drop in rate for those who do not need a membership but still want to attend group exercise classes. The drop in rate for non members is $10. The first class you choose to try is always free. We also offer free nutrition consultation complete with a full body analysis with our state of the art segmental scale. This scale measures the human body in percentage form, giving us the ability to know someone's body fat percentage, lean muscle mass percentage, basal metabolic rate (calories burned at rest), visceral fat level, bone density, water intake and a few other things.
