I'm an independant contractor working for Coldwell Banker. I personally have listed and sold over 500 homes since I've been in business achieving Top Lister and or Top Producer for my office for six years running now. I have also achieved the International President's Circle Award from Coldwell Banker corporate for my production and service to my clients.

My business is real estate. I am a licened Realtor with the state of Texas. I'm also licensed to sell manufactured homes primarily in park (leased lot) settings. I specialize in housing for seniors and military retirees, but I can and do work with all types of folks looking to buy or sell real estate here in the beautiul Texas Hill Country.
