I had a terrible experience. I was in my room alone and heard my door fly open without a knock or greeting. The door just closes and nobody says anything. I am freaking out because I am all alone....

Lobby looks nice but don't let it fool you. Air conditioner was not working, room smelled like mildew, and room was cleaned when do not disturb sign was left on the doorknob. It was unacceptable....
