Always having a passion for cooking, Chef Lori earned her degree in Culinary Arts and served as the Executive Chef at a medical facility for 2 years. Wanting to do more actual cooking than the hospital offered, she decided to purchase this business, create and update the menu and offer weekly specials from a take-out store front concept. In addition, catering services are offered from small to large events.
