My goal is to improve your strength and conditioning through fundamental movements such as the squat, deadlift, and press, which will help you perform daily movements with ease. As a personal trainer, I have worked with everyone from professional athletes to geriatrics as well as pre and postnatal clients. In addition to helping you take your fitness and athletic development to new heights, my goal is to keep my clients safe and educate them on how to lift and train correctly. Train in a judgement free environment. Learn how to make obtainable, realistic choices in your daily nutrition and how to set yourself up for success as you tackle the challenge of eating healthy. I am certified as a personal trainer by both the Cooper Institute and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
