History
The original concept for the business was to have an all-day/all-play full service facility offering not only dog boarding/dog daycare but also full-service grooming, a retail area, individual dog suites, & indoor play rooms (during bad weather) & which could also be used for holding training classes. However, that concept had to be completely modified due to the economic problems that came into existence in 2008. That is when we decided to limit the business just to dog boarding/dog daycare & we turned the existing house on the property into a dog house.
Specialties
K-9 Retreat is an all-day/all-play pet boarding facility. Our canine guests are free to socialize & interact together throughout the day both indoors & outdoors. We do not isolate our guests in indoor/outdoor runs or crates. K-9 Retreat is your pets home away from home.
