I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and have had a passion for health and wellness for as long as I can remember. My mom took me to my first yoga class in high school, and when I realized I was reading nutrition books for fun, I decided it was time to make a career of this. I became a yoga teacher in 2009 and an NTP in 2017. I could not love my job more. I get to help people FEEL GOOD using food and movement. It doesn't get much better than that, and I would LOVE to help you.
