History

We started smoking meat 20 years ago and decided to start catering in 2017. Shortly after that we decided to go public and open a food truck location. We love serving our customers and making great bbq!

Specialties

We offer Full service catering for weddings or your special events. We also serve fresh smoked bbq and sides 7 days a week from our roadside trailer located off of HWY 78 in Nevada, TX
