History
Originally started by Carlson's Restaurants (TGI Fridays), Italianni's Restaurant was purchased by the Russell family in 2002, and has been operated as a family business ever since. Also a partner in the restaurant, Executive Chef Violeta Zertuche has a background as the international store opener for Carlson's through the 90's, opening up restaurants in Mexico, Panama, Korea, and many other exotic locales.

Italianni's specializes in authentic made-from-scratch Italian food, served in a neighborhood, customer friendly atmosphere. Locally owned and operated, Italianni's prides itself on great homemade, high quality food, with no shortcuts or premade dishes being tolerated. Italianni's believes that even in these days of corporatized chain restaurants, there still should be a place to go where you can still have a dining experience, with real food served by real people.
