However, with a focus on broadening their capabilities, iRex invested in the most state-of-the-art cable and termination equipment to expand into building cable assemblies for the automotive, computer, instrumentation, medical, military, and telecommunication markets. As a result, the business grew at nearly 100 percent year after year. On December 23, 2000, iRex was incorporated as a legal entity with Matthew Ache, its founder, adopting the role of President and Partner. By this time, iRex had begun producing a full range of custom cable assemblies and had branchedSpecialtiesiRex Group Ltd. is a recognized industry leader in supplying contract manufacturing services for custom cables, system integration and electronic sub-assemblies. In today's competitive global market, iRex understands the importance of providing globally competitive products as well as services and utilizes manufacturing facilities in the United States, China and Vietnam to meet those demands. iRex is composed of two groups providing custom cable and advanced assembly services to leading technology producers worldwide. Our Custom Cable Group (CCG) is a professional cable manufacturer that offers a diversified production of cable assemblies and wire harnesses to not only support computer and network needs, but also a full-range of other high-tech industries. Meanwhile, our Arctos Assembly Group (AAG) provides full contract manufacturing services for sub-assembly and final assembly products while specializing in supply chain management and custom integration.
