Our head director, Alejandrina Delgado, opened her first Ice Castles, in the lower valley, in September of 1998. In October 2001, she opened a brand new Ice Castles Too in Horizon. Within six months of opening, it became a four-star daycare center with the Texas Rising Star Association.In 2004, Alejandrina was recognized as an "Employer of Excellence" by El Paso Mayor Joe Wardy. In 2005, she was recognized as the "Minority Business Owner of the Year" by Governor Rick Perry, Congressman Silvestre Reyes, and the city of El Paso.Nowhere else in El Paso will you find more passionate and experienced directors and teachers to nurture, care, and love your children.
