They don't give you your points as a diamond member it's suppose to upload in 48 hrs all of your points after check out. You talk to multiple people that don't resolve the issue then customer...

No STARS Absolutely awful customer. On the line with 3 customer service morons for 30-50 min. each with no resolution. I was lied to as well. The IQ of these drones will surely be replaced by AI.
