Family owned & operated by same family for almost 40 years. The late Johnny Jones and Son, Mark A. Jones started the business in 1976 and is now solely run by Mark who has been working at Hickory Stick since he was 14 years old. He has perfected the art of smoking all his meats over the many years. Customers come from miles around to try the award winning tender, slow cooked smoked brisket and dry rubbed pork ribs.
