Established in 1987. Started off as Comics Unlimited, expanded beyond comic books with Vintage Video Games, Toys, Card Games, Statues, Novelties, and so much more. Due to the diversity of our products, we changed the name to Heroes & Fantasies.

Heroes & Fantasies has served the San Antonio local market since 1987, and has been in Universal City for over 20 years! We pride ourselves in stocking the largest selection of comic books, toys, games, collectibles, novelties, apparel, and so much more! We strive to employ the most knowledgeable staff to help answer any questions you may have in order to help expand your favorite hobby. In addition to many special events throughout the year, we also house a game room that can seat nearly a hundred players for games like Magic, Pokemon, Yugioh, and Dungeons & Dragons. Our late night game room hours for this location are: Thursday till 10pm, Friday till 11pm, and Saturday till 11pm. We hope to see you soon!
