HistoryI started training in 2017 for Facet Seven, and after being a staff trainer for 2 years, I was able to go independent and start my own business at the end of 2019.SpecialtiesI'm a Certified Personal Trainer in Houston, Texas that looks at fitness a lot differently than most. I'm not the type of trainer to put you on an impossible diet in order to get you where you want to be. Of course, sacrifices are going to be made, you'll cut out soda, and limit sweets, but you can still eat what you want, just less frequently. My workouts will become fun with some effort on your part, and you will not be doing the treadmill for 30 minutes and calling it a day. I'm also not the trainer that will tell you to do a set, then text for the next 2 minutes. I promise you, train with me, and you will begin to look at health and fitness in an entirely new way.
