They took 1 day longer than originally expressed to me which isn't a big deal but then charged me $75 just to connect 2 pendants to 2 chains... Explanation was that it was 14k gold connections...

Speediest jeweler in town! I've brought 3 different pieces of jewelery here to remove chain links add jump rings and resize bracelets and necklaces & they have all fixed it within less than 30...
