The complex digging up the pipes to try and fix the plumbing for the 3rd month in a row. Guess what? It's still not fixed.

Hole in roof with water coming from upstairs unit.

1st floor apartment, water leaking from roof. This pot and hole were there on move-in day.

More poop floating into the bathtub after they told us it was fixed.

Bathroom tiles are painted over? I hadn't seen that one before...
