We opened in 2001 as a 6000 square foot facility. We have doubled in size & expertise. With decades of experience on staff & a continuing desire to increase our own knowledge, we are passing on our skills to our members.

We love changing lives through fitness! From grandparents to parents, from men to women, old to young, healthy to unhealthy, from the casual workout person to a pro level bodybuilder, we have the expertise to work with them all. I have been a member for a month. The gym is well equipped and always clean. Usually about 5-6 others there when I go. They have nice locker rooms and a smoothie bar. The hours are convenient...
