Faustina Martinez, OD, earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry, where she also completed a residency in ocular disease. She is board certified by the Texas Optometry Board. She specializes in ocular pathology and can diagnose and treat varying diseases spanning from the anterior to posterior segment of the eye, such as red eyes, dry eyes, injuries, and inflammatory conditions, to name a few. Dr. Martinez can provide care for posterior segment conditions and diseases of the optic nerve such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. She also corrects refractive errors of the visual system ranging from near to farsightedness and presbyopia. Dr. Martinez joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.
