El Campo Middle School serves more than 850 students in grades six through eight. Its curriculum includes agricultural science, computer literacy, mathematics, and physical and health education. The school conducts classes in fine arts, science, social studies, and language arts. It administers the English as a Second Language program. The school also organizes a range of athletic activities that includes football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and track and field. It operates a student council, as well as offers food services. The school maintains a library that stocks books and periodicals. It operates a parent-teacher organization that conducts several fundraising events and programs. El Campo Middle School is a part of El Campo ISD.
