HistoryWe opened up in late July of 2018. We were currently with Snap Fitness a mile away, until it shut down and we parted ways with the franchise and owner. So we've been in the gym industry for over 15yrs, but managing for over 10yrs, and now owning a gym for about 6 months. I can say that we are blessed to have this opportunity to own our own facility, and to have a great big following base, to have followed us over from the previous gym. The gym is growing and now that we have a bigger facility & have no ties with any franchise, we can run it our way. The way it should be run, and that's to be honest and up front with customers and tell them what they want to hear and than give them what you promised with no hidden fees. We try to give a warm family oriented type feeling gym, when you come in and join our Strong Fitness Family. Look forward to seeing you around and laughing & getting strong together.
