HistoryI completed my Masters degree and began counseling in 2012. I worked in an agency and private practice setting for 5 years before starting my own practice in 2017.SpecialtiesI often work with clients on stress, anxiety, depression, grief, transition, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I provide a supportive, safe environment to explore your concerns and how they may be impacting your life in a negative way. When I have achieved understanding, I will help guide you using therapeutic strategies and professional expertise. I have a BA in psychology and MA in Professional Counseling and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I regularly attend trainings in nutritional therapy, stress reduction, mindfulness, and motivating others and use evidence based practices with my clients to achieve real and lasting results.
