Went to the Dunkin Donut in White Settlement. I saw 4 staff. No one in line to order. 2 cars in drive thru. I was not acknowledged at all. Customer service has been going down for months....

I saw one of them come out of the bathrooms and not wash his hands afterwords. Which is what you're supposed to do to show customers you actually washed them.
