Devault Floral opened its second location in 1982 and is still located at the original location on 19th and Memphis Ave next door to Jazz right in the hospital district and a stone throw from Texas Tech University. They have been designing fresh cut flower arrangements in your neighborhood for over 30 years. The addition of the Flower Bar is an exciting new thing to do in Lubbock!
