The Christian Outreach Center (COC) is a faith-based program affiliated with the Living Word Fellowship Church, providing a wide range of services to residents in the Antoine - W. Little York area of north Houston. Led by Executive Director Dr. Shirley Ledet, the COC offers social services, drug and alcohol recovery programs, education and life skills classes, and a food pantry, serving an estimated 500 people a month.
