Coastal Bend Bays and Estuary Program was established in 1996 under the federal program to focus on conserving, managing and educating the public about our natural resources and their importance to our quality of life and economy Coastal Bend Land Trust preserves and protects our natural resources in perpetuity through land acquisition and conservation easements. The Coastal Bend Bays Foundation provides stewardship for the community through events such as the Annual Earth Day/Bay Day event, the Conservation & Environmental Stewardship Awards Program, the Coastal Bend's Volunteer Corps Program and the Marsh Planting project.
