History
What is specialty coffee? Coffee beans are graded by the coffee industry on a scale of 1 - 100, with 100 naturally being the absolute best coffee grown worldwide. Any coffee scoring below 80 is considered commodity grade. That's your typical Folgers or Maxwell House brands, coffee you can purchase at your local grocery store. Less than 1% of ALL coffee grown in the world score as Specialty Grade, scoring 80 or above. Most small batch coffee roasters will only buy coffee beans that are scored at least 85 or better. Our Drip and Espresso blends score at the higher end of that scale - ranking among the top 0.5% of coffee grown worldwide. No wonder its so good!
Specialties
Clear Fork Coffee is pleased to offer a selection of specialty coffees and teas selected to intrigue the taster. Some palates are more sensitive than others and will detect notes of chocolate, caramel and various fruits when the coffee is consumed expressly, others will enjoy the simple comfort found in a well-made cup of good coffee. We hope to inspire curiosity and pleasure in this morning ritual and that you find our other selections of teas and cold drinks as interesting. It is our goal to serve a cup of goodness and a touch of joy to start your day.
