We're situated on an acre of land right off of Hwy 59N, about eight minutes from downtown Houston. On this plot, we'll brew the beer and grow the food for our customers. We will also have beers on tap from local breweries within one hour of downtown Houston. Any food that we do not grow on-site will be sourced as close to Houston as possible. Rather than sending our spent grain off to a landfill, we compost it and put it directly back into the garden or even use it in some of our breads and baked goods. We want to foster a sense of community and environmental sustainability, as well as take advantage of the diversity of this beautiful region.
